Clubs from Delmarva Region Division 11 met October 24 at the Dover Sheraton Hotel to greet Art Riley, the new Capital District Governor. Before the meeting, Gov Riley met with students from area Key Clubs. Sarah Smith, Key Club Governor, Lt. Gov. Brett Morris, and Division Key Club Administrator Millie Edgar could be proud, as more than 25 students attended the dinner. Gov. Riley shared his pride with them in being a former Key Club Lt. Gov and his two children as former Key Club members. Among Gov. Riley's goals is to expand Service Leadership Programs in the District, as well as expand Clubs and Membership to meet the many service needs. Gov Riley and Lt. Gov Kujala then presented Past Lt. Gov. Rose Poole the prestigious George Hixson Award for her service to Division 11 in 2006-2007. After the dinner, Gov. Riley met with Div 11 Club Presidents to offer his support and encouragement in their Kiwanis year.
