The 2008 Capital District Convention will be held this year from Thursday, August
14 through Sunday, August 17th in Richmond Virginia at the
Downtown Marriot and the Richmond Convention Center, just
a few blocks from the State Capitol. Hosted by the Heart
of Virginia Region of the Capital District, this year's theme
is "Prescription For Success,” and one of the big highlights-not
to be missed-is Friday night's Birthday Party at the Marriott
to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the District Convention. Will
Easter Joins Lynchburg Club

Will Easter joined the
Kiwanis Club of Lynchburg last month. Will hails from
Mount Airy, NC. He moved to Lynchburg when he was in
the 9th grade. Will attended Appalachian State University
in Boone, NC, UNC Charlotte and Kingston University
in England. For the last 5 years Will has been a Realtor
with John Stewart Walker. Will believes it is the responsibility
of every person to give back to their community. To
that end he was an active member and leader of the
Circle K chapter at Appalachian State University and
that along with Ed Lovern led him to join the Kiwanis
Club of Lynchburg. Pictured is Will Easter on the right
