Capital District Regional Mid-Winter Conference Schedule Announced

Governor-Elect Candidate

In accordance with the Capital District Policy Statements, qualified members who have filed their intention of being a candidate for the office of Governor-elect may have their candidacy announced District wide beginning on the second Friday in January. The Kiwanis club of Reisterstown, Maryland, supported by all of the Kiwanis clubs in Division Twelve, has presented Don L. Dudey as a candidate for the office of Governor-elect of the Capital District for the 2008-2009 Administrative year. - Ellis H. Stroup, District Secretary-Treasurer

Kiwanis International President's Capital District Visit/Dinner Scheduled

Kiwanis International President Dave and First Lady Eva Curry will be visiting the Capital District in late January 2008. During this special time our district will be hosting a number of events for the First Family of Kiwanis. more

Mason-Dixon Regional Mid-Winter Conference Details

The Mason-Dixon Regional Midwinter Conference is being held on Saturday, January 26 at the Howard County Community College, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway ( ELB Building), Columbia, MD. Registration 8:00 am - 8:45 am with the opening session from 8:45 am - 9:45 am and training sessions beginning at 10:00 am. Our training sessions have something for everyone including time to visit with our Kiwanis International President, David Curry. Make reservations here.

We will adjourn at 4:00 pm to give you time to get ready for the Kiwanis International President's Banquet in Bowie, Maryland. Registration is $25 per person. All Division 9, 12 & 14 Kiwanians are encouraged to attend this exciting midwinter conference. So, make your reservations now and come make this a whole day of fellowship and learning.
