On November 6, 2007, Westminster Kiwanis honored Students of the Month from Winters Mill and Westminster High Schools. Awardees are selected based on their scholastic honors, community service and activities. Those honored for high achievements are form left Joshua Harris- Science academy, Winters Mill; Diana Roman- Music Academy, Winters Mill; Jeremy Drenner- Family and Consumer Science Department, Westminster High; Rachel Kovel- World Language Department, Westminster High. Not attending was Erica Mangle- Foreign Language Academy, Winters Mill High.
