Governor Ruthann Minner declared the week of November 5-9, 2007 as Key Club Week in Delaware at a proclamation signing in her Dover office on November 6 in observance of the high school service organization's annual effort to raise awareness among high school students about community service and benefit a special worldwide project to improve the lives of children in an African village.
