Governor Ruthann Minner declared the week of November 5-9,
2007 as Key Club Week in Delaware at a proclamation signing
in her Dover office November 6. The Key Club Week proclamation
urged all Delawareans to recognize the service organization
whose 800 members in the First State are part of the Kiwanis
International family. The observance recognized the high
school service organization's annual effort to raise awareness
among high school students about community service and a
special worldwide project to improve the lives of children
in an African village. Pictured are Sarah Smith, Key Club
Governor for the Capital District (which includes Delaware,

School near Georgetown and Delaware Governor Ruthann Minner
