Kiwanis Club of Greater Annapolis
by Melanie Henry

On November 8 the Kiwanis Club of Greater Annapolis held the annual "Pasta Fest" luncheon for seniors in the Annapolis area. The event was held at the Salvation Army and 65 people attended from the Annapolis, Glenwood and Edgewater senior centers.

December 20 is the date Kiwanis of Greater Annapolis will hold the annual Christmas party at Central Special School. Our club donates $3000 for teachers at the School to buy gifts for the children. Frank Proctor, the previous president of our club, will be Santa and pass out the presents. This is a joint project with members of the Mayo Club who wrap the gifts and the Annapolis Club who provide refreshments. Volunteers from all three clubs make this a very special day for the children.
