The East Baltimore Club of Division 12 celebrated its 60th Anniversary on October 2, 2007. The event was held at The Abbott Memorial Presbyterian Church where they hold their regular meetings.

Forty-Eight guests were
present including former members of the Patterson High
Key Club which was sponsored by the East Baltimore
Club in 1949. East Baltimore was sponsored by the Baltimore
City Club, one of the original Clubs that formed the
Capital District. East Baltimore received its Charter
in 1947. The Club honored one of their Charter members,
Mr Charles E. Macmanus, (right) for 60 years of service.
Immediate Past President Randolf P. Veale (a past Patterson
High Key Clubber presented Charlie with the Legion
of Honor for his many years of Service. The guest speaker
for this event was Governor Art Riley shown left commending
Past President Randy and the Club for its Service to
the Community.
