Colonial Capital Club Ushers Basketball Games
by Gil Curl

The Colonial Capital Kiwanis Club has completed another season of ushering at William & Mary basketball games as part of its annual fundraising projects. We began our Spring activities supporting the annual youth soccer tournament in Newport News and planning for the Club's fundraising Spring golf tournament in Williamsburg. In April, the club will be joining the other Williamsburg area Kiwanis clubs on a community project as part of Kiwanis One Day recognition. The Colonial Capital Kiwanis Club also sponsors Key Clubs at Bruton High School and Williamsburg Christian Academy. Both clubs focus on working to help others in the community and often support joint projects with the Kiwanis club members. Pictured are Morgan Murray (R) and Casey Duggan, respectvely the incoming President and Vice President of the Bruton club, are pictured visiting a Kiwanis Club breakfast meeting.
